Mosquito MK4 ver 6 PIR with Multi-Age Anti-Loitering Security Device.

This is a newer more powerful version, which is fully automatic, when a person moves, the device starts automatically for 10-15 minutes.

If groups of teenagers regularly hang around your property, cause damage, scare customers, then the Mosquito MK4 ver 6 pir is the most effective way to stop this problem without confrontation! The effect of the device takes effect within 5-10 minutes. Mosquito is not a weapon, it is not violent and it does no damage.

Use and handling only in the presence of an adult.

Mosquito MK4 is used by police and local authorities, retail chains, independent shops and individuals to protect property from the effects of antisocial behavior of teenagers, reduce vandalism, theft and damage to property and improve the life and environment of citizens.

CAUTION Even if the device is CE certified, it is not legal or moral to cause stress or a sense of danger to other people. Therefore, consider the location of the device. If you do not know where to use it, it is a suitable means of scaring off rodents and mosquitoes in your area.

Mosquito MK4 works at low voltage and can therefore be installed by a competent person within 1 hour.

ATTENTION: The device is water resistant, i. it is possible to place it on the outer wall of the house, where you expose it to weather conditions, e.g. rain.

BRAND: MAX IP32.

IP3X Protected against objects with a diameter of 2.5 mm and more

IPX2 Protected against vertically dripping water at an inclination of 15 degrees.

The appropriate location is on the roof to prevent direct ingress of rain during the storm. Due to the fact that the device is unpleasant for some teenagers, it is possible that they will try to damage it. It is therefore advisable to place in a protective cage or a raised place.

Main functions

The distance range is 5 - 40 meters and depends on the levels of environmental noise

The sound and volume settings are already fully set at a frequency of 16-17.4 kHz, which is usually heard by people under 26 - ultrasound.

Sound settings below 16kHz, which people of all ages hear higher tones - need to retune, just send the product to us for retuning, or specify when ordering.

The device is set to automatically turn on via a PIR sensor (Passive Infrared Sensor) or from a remote control - for an additional fee, must be specified when ordering.

The frequency is already set for young people up to about 25 years (16-17.4kHz),

When setting the frequency to

7kHz 5-8kHz is perceived by people from 15-25 years

16.5kHz 16-17kHz young people under 15 perceive the given sound

Frequencies below 6kHz should be heard and perceived by all people.

Measurable i.e. the audible frequency limit for young people was set at 17.4 kHz.

Main applications

Antisocial behavior. If you are a regular victim of antisocial behavior by teenagers outside your home or office, then the Mosquito MK4 is the most effective way to stop it. Police and local governments have had limited success with these problems, as they cannot monitor all incidents and do nothing when children are not caught. Installing Mosquita will not solve the social problems caused by antisocial behavior, but you will have the right to enjoy your home or office peacefully.

Graffiti. If you've ever experienced graphite, you know that graffiti removal services are expensive and not always appropriate. Installing Mosiquita on a side that is repeatedly labeled will protect it from further graffiti.

Vandalism. Many of our customers who are victims of crime have spent thousands of euros to repair damage to their property or have problems with groups of workers who stand at shop windows and enter and bother buyers. Installing Mosquita will make your place and shop unattractive to groups of people that behave antisocial and grobian and make vandalism a stop.

Homeless people. Many police forces around the world have asked us to make Mosquito, which also affects the elderly. The latest version, the Mosquito MK4, has a switch that allows it to transmit a tone that will be heard by people mainly under 25 years. This is most effective in areas where the homeless sleep, tunnels, subways, etc.

Only from 18 years. There are many places where children cannot enter or stay legally in such places. Mosquito is the most effective tool for preventing children from accessing such places.

There is a wealth of information on the Internet about our products, which is factually incorrect, so we would encourage you to read through our website to get the facts and contact us if your questions still remain unanswered.

Equipment installation:

FROM direct exposure to the sun is also appropriate.

We also recommend not to expose the device to directly flowing water - rain or side rain, and we also recommend freezing the device, if it will bother certain groups, they will try to destroy the device - damage it.

Connect the mains lead to the mains, either by means of the mains socket, or the easiest way to connect it to the junction box, which is normally located on the walls, and you can connect it directly to the mains. The device does not have a mains switch, it is permanently capable of operation. In standby mode, it consumes only 1W, so you can leave it permanently under electricity.

The device, which is capable of remote operation, is controlled by means of a portable transmitter.

The operation itself is not indicated anywhere by the light, but you are also able to hear a little if you approach the device, you will hear a faint thud in the speaker, maybe even a faint whistling - ultrasound. Children and young people should perceive the sound more sensitively and quite irritably. Ultrasound causes nervousness, irritation and a person tries to leave the area. Rodents and dogs are also very sensitive to the ultrasound.

We recommend switching on the device only occasionally, not permanently. For shorter broadcasts of 1-2 hours, or for direct rinsing, it is effective to switch on the device only for the necessary rinsing time. The device has an activated timer, so it switches off automatically after switching on after 10-15 minutes. This is practically a protection of the device against overload.

The frequency oscillates in the width of 1KHz, so at lower frequencies you will hear how the sound fluctuates - whistling.

Possible faults:

Can't hear anything from the speaker? Try to install the application from the manual on your mobile phone and try to measure the signal while moving around the device. Frequencies above 15kHz will not be perceived, only by young people, or the application on a GSM phone.

If any problem persists, send us the device, we will repair ...

Mosquito MK4 with Multi-Age Anti-loitering 594-mk4 PIR

Caution - ultrasound. Do not use the device for continuous operation. The device has a protection timer and automatically shuts off after 10-15 minutes.

Ultrasound and infrasound

Ultra sound versus infrared sound. What exactly are these two terms? What do they mean and how do they affect humanity? I will try to answer these questions and others with the help of this work. In order to explain what infrasound and ultrasound are, we have to say something about what sound is. Sound is any mechanical wave that evokes a sound sensation in the auditory organ. Sirens are the simplest source of sound. From the sound source, the sound wave propagates into the surrounding environment. In liquids and gases, sound propagates as a gradual longitudinal wave, in solids as a gradual longitudinal and transverse wave. A necessary environment is a necessary condition for sound propagation. In an inelastic environment, wool, cork, felt ... the sound spreads poorly. We use such substances as sound insulators. Sound waves can be characterized by height, color, intensity and volume. The pitch of a simple tone is indicated by its frequency. The higher the vibration frequency of the sound source, the higher the sound. The audible sound wave has a frequency from 16Hz to 20,000 Hz. For us, the frequency of sound waves is the most interesting at the moment. The sound of a lower frequency than our ear is able to pick up is called infrasound. Mechanical waves of a frequency higher than 20kHz are called ultrasound.

Infrasound

Infrasound is mainly shocks and tremors of the soil. Heavy vehicles cause oscillations of soil and buildings in the range of 1 - 10 Hz. The earthquake causes oscillations lower than 1Hz. Due to the fact that the frequencies of natural oscillations of buildings and their parts often lie in the region of the frequency of infrasound waves, these oscillations can cause dangerous resonant phenomena. Infrared waves can be registered and measured using a seismograph. Seismographs are instruments for measuring seismic waves generated by earthquakes

Man and infrasound

Medical science has determined that the human body perceives low frequencies only at relatively high amplitudes of the sound pressure level. These amplitudes increase rapidly with decreasing frequency, for example from about 65 dB at 32 Hz to 92 dB at 16 Hz, to 100 dB at 3 Hz and up to 140 dB at 1 Hz.

Sound and thus also infrasound propagates in the air by longitudinal waves. The infrasound wavelength ranges from 17 m (at 20 Hz) to 170 m (at 2 Hz). Sound in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 75 Hz can cause resonant frequencies of the abdomen, chest and throat. Chest wall vibrations may interfere with respiratory activity. According to previous medical research, infrasound has the greatest effect on the activity of the heart and stomach. Decreased alertness during the time of exposure to infrasound was observed through changes in EEG, blood pressure, respiration, hormonal production, and cardiac activity.

Infrasound is a serious risk factor, especially for humans. Particularly dangerous are infrasounds (vibrations) with a frequency of 7 - 8 Hz, at which tissues resonate and mechanically cells in muscle and nerve tissue in particular are damaged. Hygiene standards restrict the prohibition of the work of adolescents and women in such an environment. Rheumatism is also particularly sensitive to infrasound. Other effects of infrasound are manifested as pulsations in the head and completely prevent any intellectual work. Even at relatively low intensities, it causes fatigue, irritation, dizziness and vomiting in living organisms. It causes dizziness, feelings of panic fear and even death at 7 Hz. Thus, very high energy infrasounds can kill humans and animals over long distances.

Animals and infrasound

Individual animals have different possibilities of capturing sound oscillations of different frequencies from humans, which results from the difference in the structure of the auditory system. For example, snails can only capture a very narrow range from 200 to 800 Hz, but bats can capture a frequency range from 1000 Hz to 120,000 Hz. On the contrary, pigeons can hear sounds of very low frequencies, in the infrasound band 0.1 to 16 Hz. With this ability, they can register the waves of an impending earthquake. Elephants communicate using infrasound up to a distance of 15 km. Similarly, many birds and marine animals have a special ability to capture infrasound oscillations, so-called The "voice of the sea" that precedes storms. Jellyfish, which sail away from the shore a few hours before the storm, and sea fleas, which climb to land, are very sensitive to them. Some whales even use infrasound oscillations to hunt prey so that they can stun it with inaudible sounds.

Infrasound in life

In trains, wheel-rail contact is a source of infrasound. Sources of low-frequency sounds are also present in motor locomotives, where there are large vibrating areas and volumes. Electric locomotives also have ventilation equipment, air conditioning and vehicle vibrations that cause infrasound. Sources of infrasound in nature are earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, storm winds, waterfalls, sea surf. From the technical means, these are, for example, aircraft engines (they can excite the resonances of spaces between blocks of houses), the most common sources of infrasound are rotating vibrating machines that resonate the room, halls in which they are located (eg fans, compressors), turbines, moving traffic means, aircraft, heating and air conditioning equipment, industrial workplaces and others ..

Interesting facts about infrasound

· Fish only hear infrasound. We don't know much about their reception and sound processing. In any case, our normal sounds do not hear - if you think so - then they respond to the waves, but they certainly do not hear our conversation.

· Elephants use tones with a frequency lower than 16 Hz for communication, so-called infrasound, which is also inaudible to the human ear.

· Shell trumpeting was also used in our regions in the Middle Ages to avert a storm. The trumpeting on the shell really gives us an inaudible tone (infrasound), which can vibrate the delicate drops of water in the clouds and thus start the rain before it hits the fields and destroys the crop.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound from the perspective of neurology

Sound waves, the frequency of which is above the audible limit of the human ear - from 18000 to 10 billion Hz - tissue of the human body, ultrasound propagates at a speed of about 1500m / s, compact bone 3380m / s- in a homogeneous environment, ultrasonic waves propagate rectilinearly at the interface of 2 environments, partly reflected back, partly passes to the 2nd environment - Snell's optical law applies to the reflection of ultrasound waves: the angle of reflection is equal to the angle of incidence. Echoencephalography - an examination method that uses a physical principle: ultrasonic waves run at the same speed through different layers, lose energy at the interface of 2 layers of different densities, part is reflected and part continues further - reflected waves - reflective echo - can be captured and graphically show- according to ultrasound it is possible to determine the position of certain intracranial structures- the amount of reflected energy depends on the acoustic impedance given by mass density and speed of ultrasound conduction through mass- in neurology, ultrasound is used in the frequency spectrum 1-6MHz, most preferably in the frequency 2MHz.

Ultrasound in practice

Some animals may also perceive ultrasound, for example a dog hears an ultrasonic whistle. The source of ultrasound are ultrasonic generators, which are based on piezoelectric or magnetostrictive phenomena. Some animals have their own ultrasound equipment. Ultrasound is used in many fields of science and technology. In ultrasonic defectopia, ultrasound is used to detect hidden cracks, cavities, cracks in materials. Ultrasound is also used in medicine to scan patients. Ultrasonic waves bounce off a person's insides and go back and thus create an image on the monitor.

three accurately display the shapes of the entrails. The wavelengths of ultrasound are much shorter than the wavelengths of audible sounds. For example, for a frequency of 100kHz, the wavelength is 3.4mm. Ultrasonic waves propagate in a straight line that can be refracted, reflected, and concentrated in the focus. This can be used when machining hard materials. The ship's sonar is based on the ultrasound reflection. Sonar measures the depth of the sea to determine the position of glaciers, the traction of fish and the like.

Submarines use sonar to dive at great depths to operate works on a similar principle as ultrasound, which is used to examine patients in healthcare. The intensity of the ultrasonic waves is essentially greater than the intensity of the audible sound. When the ultrasonic wave passes through the environment, a pressure change of more than 105 Pa occurs. Ultrasound can transmit energy, giving the particles of the environment considerable acceleration. For this reason, ultrasound can be used to form emulsions (mention incompatible particles such as water and oil), to accelerate the dissolution of particles, this method of cleaning is used in jewelry for cleaning jewelry or in optics for glass cleaning, to speed up chemical reactions, to speed up processes based for the penetration of liquid into the porous substance (dyeing of substances). However, ultrasound also connects small bodies that contain air and gas (dust and smoke particles) into larger units, and these then fall to the ground. Ultrasound eliminates the difficulty of soldering some metals, such as aluminum, because it removes the oxidized surface layer of alumina from the aluminum, thus allowing perfect contact of the metal with the soldering iron. Ultrasonic waves, even with the appropriate choice of irradiated time, even support the germination and growth of agricultural crops. On the contrary, ultrasound has an adverse effect on animals, especially at high intensity.

Ultrasonic flaw detection,

Ultrasound is used in practical life for its important properties in various ways. Its low water permeability makes it possible to measure, for example, the depths of the seas, so-called ultrasound method.

An ultrasound source mounted on the ship below the water surface emits very short ultrasound pulses, which return after reflection from the seabed and act on the ultrasound receiver. If the time has elapsed between the transmission and the capture of the echo of the ultrasonic signal and the speed of the sound in the water is delta v, then the depth of the sea is determined by the formula

h = 0.5v. delta t

Ultrasound reflection at the interface of two material environments is also used to search for defects in metal products (so-called ultrasonic flaw detection)

Rapid pressure changes in the fluids through which ultrasound propagates cause the particles that float in them to oscillate. Ultrasound can be supported in this way by homogenizing heterogeneous systems, i. Form very fine dispersed systems, such as suspensions, emulsions, foams, colloidal solutions. Ultrasound also acts on larger molecules and promotes their chemical reaction. The use of this effect is dealt with by the field of chemistry, which is called phonochemistry.

In addition to mosquito scaring, the device is also very effective against rodents and other pests.

It is enough to set the frequency (setting possible only in the factory):

21 kHz 18-24kHz birds

18.5kHz 17-19kHz only

25kHz 22-30kHz beast, kuna

24.8kHz 22-26kHz cat, dog

28kHz 28-34kHz kuna, rodent
