Advanced Advertising Sender (AAS) is a portable system designed to send SMS messages and data to GSM phones in pre-defined territory. In contrast to existing advertising systems, 

AAS sends a normal or flash SMS instead of sending messages (receiving broadcast messages can be turned off by the user's mobile phone); 

AAS is an independent standalone system that requires no collaboration with mobile operators.

AAS does not use cell phone numbers, therefore there is no need in the list of phone numbers to be obtained from different sources. These lists are often incomplete, outdated, irrelevant and costly. 

The AAS may be used for commercial or security purposes: 

Send commercial ads, announcements, free gift coupons, useful information, or welcome messages in certain places: shopping areas, banks, restaurants, train or bus stations, exhibitions, tours etc. 

Send warning messages or requests to people in an emergency. 

Send a message asking you to contact the police to any witnesses to crime in areas of crime. 

SMS messages can be sent: 

to newer ones in space or acquaintances in the area, or on predefined groups, or for everyone, AAS can be installed in a fixed location or by land transport to places of need in a small, portable suitcase. 

Potential users of the system are small shops, large organisations, advertising providers, emergency services, police forces and others 

The system can be controlled locally or remotely over the Internet. 

SMS sent in the system are free (!) neither the system owner nor mobile phone users pay for them! 

the system consists of a compact Base Station unit and a laptop. Due to the unique sophisticated algorithm implemented in the system, AAS transmits very low energy and does not interfere with existing GSM networks. 

The user can define any phone number or sender's name that appears on mobile phone screens.
